Objectives:   It’s no secret that the demands of modern life are vastly different from those of even our recent ancestors. Today, stress inducing stimuli are constant and embedded in nearly every environment. These persistent demands on the body (and mind) deserve both investigation and intention. In this webinar, we’ll explore the concept of threshold capacity, introduce principles of functional breathing and move through a guided sequence of gentle movements designed to ease neck tension and support greater resilience.
